Abstract
Pra Rencana Pabrik n-propanol dari etilen dengan proses oxo ini mengambil lokasi pendirian di Kawasan Industri SIER Surabaya, Jawa Timur, dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitas produksi : 55.000 ton/tahun - Waktu operasi : 330 hari - Bahan utama : Etilen - Bahan pembantu : H2 dan CO - Utilitas : Air kawasan, Steam, Lisrik, dan Bahan bakar - Organisasi Perusahaan: o Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas o Struktur : Line and staf o Karyawan : 238 orang - Analisa ekonomi: o TCI : Rp 7.146.075.213.743 o ROIat : 53,5 % o POTat : 2,35 tahun o BEP : 39,92 % o IRR : 24,3% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik n-propanol dari etilen dengan proses oxo layak untuk didirikan.
