Abstract
Detailed Spatial Planning (RDTR) is a detailed map of the district's spatial structure that includes district zoning restrictions. With the development of technology, information on the distribution of the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) with the existing zoning rules in Lumajang City is needed through the Geographic Information System (GIS). So the purpose of this research is to visualize the data to be digital and then it is developed to accommodate the need for information that is accessed in real-time using the mobile GIS method. The application was create with the help of the ArcGIS 10.3 data processing program, MIT App Inventor 2's visual block programming language, and PHP, which is used to construct Android apps. Based on the making of this application, it has 9 (nine) villages/wards with spatial pattern data consisting of 14 zones and 10 (ten) object structure data spread over zones. The results of making this application display three menus that can be accessed, namely the map menu, the RDTR feature menu, and the help menu. The benefit of the map menu is that it shows data visualization with a variety of options, including as legends, layers, rules, and locations, to assist the public in locating the desired point by inputting the longitude and latitude coordinates of the field and the position of the current zone. In the meanwhile, the RDTR feature menu displays non-spatial tabular data, and queries can be created to display information as desired by the community. The Lumajang Urban RDTR application got a total eligibility percentage of 84% and was categorized as very viable. From the results of this application, it is hoped that it can help the public to provide public information disclosure regarding Lumajang Urban RDTR data, as well as provide convenience in accessing RDTR data.
