Abstract

ABSTRAK Matius Sampe, Program Studi Magister Magister Teknik Sipil, Program Pascasarjana, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang, Mei 2023, Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keterlambatan Pembangunan Gedung KIR Kota Bontang, Tesis, Pembimbing : (I) Prof. Dr. Ir. Sutanto Hidayat, MT., (II) Ir. Maranatha W., ST., MMT., Ph.D. IPU. Seiring dengan berkembang dunia industri, secara khusus proyek pembangunan gedung juga semakin pesat, maka tingkat kesulitan untuk mengelola dan menjalankan sebuah proyek pembangunan gedung semakin tinggi. Semakin tinggi kesulitannya, berarti semakin panjang durasi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan proyek tersebut. Keterlambatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan itu terbukti pada kegiatan proyek Pembangunan Gedung KIR Kota Bontang. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan proyek. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dan analisis regresi linear berganda terhadap jawaban kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 45 responden dari pihak Pengguna Jasa, Kontraktor dan Konsultan yang terlibat dalam proyek Pembangunan Gedung KIR Kota Bontang, yang mengalami keterlambatan proyek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap keterlambatan proyek adalah Faktor Metode Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan dengan nilai thitung = 3,162 > dari ttabel = 2,028, berdasarkan uji t faktor yang paling dominan adalah faktor Metode Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan ß = 0,646 dan strategi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi keterlambatan adalah sebelum pekerjaan dimulai harus mempersiapkan scedule pelaksanaan sesuai dengan tahapan pekerjaan yang rasional dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan harus mengikuti metode yang telah direncanakan. Along with the development of the industrial world, especially projects Building construction is also growing rapidly, hence the level of difficulty to manage and running a project to build a taller building. The more the higher the difficulty, the longer the duration of time required for complete the project. The delay in the implementation of the work was proven by the existence of the package the work of the KIR Building Construction project in Bontang City. So this research conducted to determine the factors that influence project delays. The data analysis method used is factor analysis and analysis multiple linear regression of the answers to the questionnaire distributed to 45 respondents from the Service Users, Contractors and Consultants involved in the KIR Building Construction project in Bontang City, which experienced delays project. Based on the research results, the factors that influence the significant to project delays is the Implementation Method Factor Jobs with tcount = 3.162 > from ttable = 2.028, based on the t factor test the most dominant factor is the Work Implementation Method factor ß = 0.646 and The strategy used to overcome delays is before work must prepare an implementation schedule in accordance with the stages of work rational and implementation must following the planned method.
