Abstract

ABSTRAK Riza Rizky Julian, Program Studi Teknik Sipil, Program Pascasarjana, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang, Agustus 2023, Analisis Keputusan Dalam Pemilihan Penerapan Jenis Konstruksi Menggunakan Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) Sebagai Upaya Penanggulangan Banjir di Kota Bontang, Tesis, Pembimbing : (I) Prof. Dr. Ir. Lalu Mulyadi, MT., (II) Dr. Ir. Lies Kurniawati Wulandari, MT.. Di Kota Bontang, konstruksi pengendali banjir pada umumnya menggunakan jenis konstruksi konvensional yaitu stuktur komposit. Yang menjadi perhatian serius dan dilema saat ini adalah eksplorasi penggunaan material galian tipe C (batu gunung) yang mengalami pembatasan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan melakukan pola migrasi dalam pemilihan jenis konstruksi konvesional menjadi kontsruksi precast. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dengan beberapa kriteria pengujian yaitu penggunaan galian C kecil, biaya pelaksanaan rendah, waktu pelaksanaan singkat dan kriteria terhadap tingkat kerapihan baik. Adapaun alternatif yang diambil dari setiap kriteria yang digunakan yaitu konstruksi konvensional (stuktur komposit) dan konstruksi precast (T-Shape Gutter). Dari hasil analisis AHP diperoleh hasil pengujian terhadap penggunanaan galian C untuk konstruksi konvensional sebesar 0,13 dan konstruksi precast sebesar 0,88, terhadap biaya pelaksanaan untuk konstruksi konvensional sebesar 0,75 dan konstruksi precast sebesar 0,25, terhadap waktu pelaksanaan untuk konstruksi konvensional sebesar 0,17 dan konstruksi precast sebesar 0,83, terhadap tingkat kerapihan untuk konstruksi konvensional sebesar 0,25 dan konstruksi precast sebesar 0,75. Nilai ranking untuk konstruksi konvensional (struktur komposit) sebesar 0,302 sedangkan untuk konstruksi precast (T-Shape Gutter) sebesar 0,698. Konstruksi precast memiliki ranking terbaik dan disarankan penerapan jenis konstruksi tebing sungai menggunakan jenis konstruksi precast (T-Shape Gutter). What is a serious concern and dilemma at this time is the exploration of the use of type C excavation materials (mountain rock) which is experiencing difficulties. In this study the authors will carry out a migration pattern in selecting the type of conventional construction to become precast construction. The research method uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) analysis method with several testing criteria, namely the use of small C excavation, low implementation costs, short implementation time and criteria for good tidiness. There are alternatives taken from each of the criteria used, namely conventional construction (composite structure) and precast construction (T-Shape Gutter). From the results of the AHP analysis, the results of testing the use of excavation C for conventional construction were 0.13 and 0.88 for precast construction, the implementation costs for conventional construction were 0.75 and 0.25 for precast construction, the implementation time for conventional construction of 0.17 and precast construction of 0.83, compared to tidiness for conventional construction of 0.25 and precast construction of 0.75. The ranking value for conventional construction (composite structure) is 0.302 while for precast construction (T-Shape Gutter) is 0.698. Precast construction has the best ranking and it is recommended to apply this type of river bank construction using precast construction (T-Shape Gutter). Keywords : ahp, construction, structure
