Abstract

ABSTRAK Bambang Permadi Whisnumurthy, Program Studi Magister Teknik Sipil, Program Pascasarjana, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang, Agustus 2023. “Penerapan Value Engineering Pada Proyek Perkuatan Tebing dan Revitalisasi Danau Kanaan Kota Bontang”. Pembimbing I : Prof. Dr. Ir. Sutanto Hidayat, MT., Pembimbing II : Dr. Ir. Lies Kurniawati Wulandari, MT. Pada pelaksanaan Proyek Perkuatan Tebing dan Revitalisasi Danau Kanaan Kota Bontang, pemilihan alternatif peralatan yang digunakan sangat penting dilakukan untuk menunjukkan mutu dan efisiensi biaya kontruksi proyek tersebut serta dapat mewujudkan konstruksi yang memenuhi syarat ditinjau dari segi desain namun juga ekonomis. Penerapan value engineering (VE) pada Pekerjaan Galian Tanah Normalisasi dilakukan dengan mengganti peralatan semula Amphibious Excavator dengan beberapa alternatif peralatan Auger Cutter Suction Dredger (ACSD) dan Excavator Long Arm + Ponton. Studi penerapan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya penghematan biaya yang terjadi setelah diterapkannya rekayasa nilai (value engineering). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Hasil analisis AHP diperoleh hasil pengujian terhadap efisiensi penggunaan alat untuk Amphibious Excavator sebesar 0,06 , ACSD sebesar 0,51 , dan Excavator Long Arm + Ponton sebesar 0,44 , terhadap biaya pelaksanaan rendah peralatan untuk Amphibious Excavator sebesar 0,06 , ACSD sebesar 0,51 dan Excavator Long Arm + Ponton sebesar 0,44 , terhadap waktu pelaksanaan singkat untuk Amphibious Excavator sebesar 0,06 , ACSD sebesar 0,45 , dan Excavator Long Arm + Ponton sebesar 0,48 , terhadap tingkat akurasi hasil galian untuk Amphibious Excavator sebesar 0,07 , ACSD sebesar 0,48 , dan Excavator Long Arm + Ponton sebesar 0,45. Nilai ranking untuk Amphibious Excavator sebesar 0,058 , ACSD sebesar 0,498 , dan Excavator Long Arm + Ponton sebesar 0,444. Peralatan ACSD memiliki ranking tertinggi dan disarankan penerapan pada pekerjaan galian tanah normalisasi menggunakan ACSD. Hasil studi penerapan VE pada pekerjaan tanah normalisasi diperoleh cost saving setelah diterapkannya value engineering sebesar Rp. 44.712.692.984,31 dengan persentase terhadap keselurahan nilai proyek sebesar 23,24%. In the implementation of the Cove Strengthening and Revitalization Project of Lake Canaan City Bontang, the selection of alternative equipment used is very important to demonstrate the quality and cost efficiency of the construction of the project as well as can realize the construction qualified reviewed in terms of design but also economical. The application of value engineering (VE) to the Normalization Ground Exploration Work was carried out by replacing the re-equipment of the Amphibious Excavator with several alternatives to the Auger Cutter Suction Dredger (ACSD) and the Long Arm + Ponton excavator. This application study aims to find out the extent of the cost savings that occur after applying value engineering. (value engineering). This method of research uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) analysis method. The AHP analysis results are obtained against the efficiency of use of tools for Amphibious Excavator of 0.06, ACSD of 0.51, and Long Arm + Ponton excavators of 0.44, against the low cost of implementation of equipment for amphibious excavators of 0.06, ACSD for 0.51 and long arm + Pontoons of 0.44, against the short execution time for amphibian excavator is 0.06, ACSD is 0.45, and the Long Arm & Pontoon excavatori is 0.48, against the accuracy of the output of the scroll for amphibious excavatory of 0.07, ACSD by 0.48 and the long arm & pontoons excavation of 0.45. The ACSD equipment has the highest ranking and is recommended application on the normalization of land grinding work using ACSD. The results of the study of the application of VE to the land work normalization obtained cost saving after applying value engineering of Rp. 44,712,692,984.31 with a percentage against the integrity of the project value of 23.24% Keywords: cost savings, edge strengthening, revitalization, value engineering
