ABSTRAK Christian Pamian, 2021. Analisis Peranan Konsultan Manajemen Konstruksi Dalam Mencegah Keterlambatan Waktu Konstruksi Gedung Kantor UPB BWS Kalimantan IV Kota Samarinda : (1) Ir. Maranatha W., ST., MMT., Ph.D, IPU, (2) Dr. Ir. Hery Setyobudiarso, Msi Pembangunan sarana dan prasarana gedung diprovinsi Kalimantan timur yang dibangun pada tahun anggaran 2021 diharapkan dapat menghasilkan infrastruktur sarana dan prasarana bangunan gedung yang sesuai dengan yang direncanakan, dan semua itu tentunya tidak bisa terlepas juga dari peran serta kinerja dari konsultan pengawas yang memberikan layanan keahlian kepada Owner. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui konsultan pengawas pada proyek bangunan gedung di provinsi Kalimantan timur dan tujuan untuk mendapatkan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhinya serta menentukan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja konsultan pengawas pada proyek bangunan gedung. Metodologi analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dan analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap jawaban dari kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 55 responden dari pihak kontraktor dan Owner yang terlibat dalam proyek rekonstruksi jalan di provinsi Kalimantan timur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kinerja konsultan pengawas secara signifikan pada proyek bangunan gedung di provinsi Kalimantan timur adalah faktor Kemampuan manajemen pengawasan penyelenggaraan proyek dengan nilai koefisen thitung = 3,380 > ttabel = 1,679. Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja konsultan pengawas pada proyek bangunan gedung diprovinsi Kalimantan timur adalah faktor Kemampuan manajemen pengawasan penyelenggaraan proyek dengan nilai Koefisien Koefisien sebesar 0,744. Strategi yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja konsultan pengawas pada proyek bangunan gedung adalah konsultan pengawas wajib mengikuti pelatihan intensif (workshop) serta mengadakan rapat diawal vi kegiatan tentang evaluasi dan pembahasan Kemampuan manajemen pengawasan penyelenggaraan proyek dan konsultan pengawas disetiap item pekerjaan membuat cek list / format standar konstruksi guna mengontrol tahapan pekerjaan dengan sistem manajemen konstruksi serta pemaparan kembali tentang metodologi dan program kerja pengawasan tentang pengedalian mutu,volume dan biaya pada proyek konstruksi dilapangan Kata kunci : Kinerja, Konsultan Pengawas,Gedung Bangunan ABSTRACT Christian Pamian, 2021. Hery Setyobudiarso, Msi The construction of building facilities and infrastructure in East Kalimantan province which will be built in the 2021 budget year is expected to produce building facilities and infrastructure that are in accordance with what was planned, and all of this of course cannot be separated from the role and performance of the supervisory consultant who provides expertise services to the Owner. . Therefore, this research was conducted to find out supervisory consultants on building construction projects in East Kalimantan province and the aim was to find out the factors that most dominantly influence them and determine strategies to improve the performance of supervisory consultants on building construction projects. The data analysis methodology used was factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of the answers to the questionnaire distributed to 55 respondents from contractors and owners involved in road reconstruction projects in East Kalimantan province. Based on the research results, the significant performance of supervisory consultants on building construction projects in East Kalimantan province is the management capability factor for supervising project implementation with a coefficient value of tcount = 3.380 > ttable = 1.679. The most dominant factor influencing the performance of supervisory consultants on building construction projects in East Kalimantan province is the management capability factor in supervising project implementation with a coefficient value of of 0.744. The strategy that must be implemented to improve the performance of supervisory consultants on building projects is that supervisory consultants are required to take part in intensive training (workshops) and hold meetings at the beginning of activities regarding evaluation and discussion.
