Abstract

Triple Superphosphate adalah merupakan pupuk yang memiliki kandungan fosfat tinggi yang dibuat dengan mencampur batuan fosfat dengan asam sulfat atau asam fosfat. Triple Superphosphate berperan sebagai pupuk yang dapat memacu pertumbuhan akar dan membantu pembentukan sistem pengakaran yang baik, dapat menambah daya tahan bagi tanaman, memacu petumbuhan jaringan tanaman sehingga mempercepat masa panen, menggemburkan tanah yang tandus. Pabrik Triple Superphosphate ini direncanakan didirikan di Kawasan Industri JIIPE, Kota Gresik, Jawa Timur dengan kapasitas 100.000 Ton/Tahun dan mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2028. Model operasi yang diterapkan adalah sistem kontinyu dengan waktu operasi 330 hari/tahun dan 24 jam/hari. Utilitas yang digunakan meliputi air, steam, bahan bakar, dan listrik. Bentuk perusahaan ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi garis dan staff. Dari hasil perhitungan Analisa ekonomi didapatkan ROIBT = 37,74%, ROIAT = 26,42%, POTAT = 2,6 tahun, BEP = 47,16%, SDP = 14,31%, IRR = 21,75%. Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Pabrik Triple Superphosphate dari Batuan Fosfat dengan Proses Granulasi layak untuk didirikan.Kata Kunci: Triple Superphosphate, proses granulasi
