Pra Rencana Pabrik Dekstrin dari Ubi Kayu dengan Proses Hidrolisa Enzim berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Limbangan desa Cijolang, Balubur Limbangan, Garut, Jawa Barat dengan kriteria sebagai berikut : Kapasitas Produksi : 70.000 Ton/Tahun Waktu Operasi : 330 hari Bahan Utama : Ubi kayu Utilitas : Air, Listrik, Steam dan Bahan Bakar Organisasi Perusahaan Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas (PT) Struktur : Sistem garis dan staff Karyawan : 172 orang Analisa Ekonomi TCI : Rp. 2.150.850.294.597,11 ROIAT : 35,04% POTAT : 3,10 tahun BEP : 40,01% IRR : 33,5% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik Dekstrin dari Ubi Kayu dengan Proses Hidrolisa Enzim Kapasitas 70.000 ton/tahun layak untuk didirikan.
