Abstract

The development of road conditions in West Sumba Regency is still experiencing many problems so that it requires routine handling and maintenance every year. In Planning, Programming and Budgeting (PPP) to improve the quality of stable road conditions, the PKRMS method is needed which can help maintain and repair regional road asset management. (Planning, Programming and Budgeting), SDI and TTI. By using the PKRMS method on West Sumba roads, the percentage of damage to road conditions can be determined using the PKRMS method. Percentage of good condition 28%. Percentage of moderate condition. 53%. Percentage of slightly damaged condition. 2%. Percentage of heavily damaged condition. 28%. With the Road Stability level, the road condition is 25.22 Km, Unstable 0.60 Km, Critical 15.38 Km
