Abstract

Pra Rencana Pabrik Amil Alkohol Dari Pentana dengan proses Klorinasi berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Cilegon (Sulfindo Adiusaha), Kota Cilegon, Banten dengan kriteria sebagai berikut : - Kapasitas 50.000 Ton/Tahun - Waktu operasi 330 hari/tahun - Bahan Utama : Pentana, Klorin dan Natrium Hidroksida - Utilitas : Air, Steam, Bahan Bakar, dan Listrik. - Organisasi Perusahaan : • Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas (PT) • Struktur : Sistem organisasi fungsional garis • Karyawan : 179 orang - Analisa ekonomi • ROIBT = 82,03 % • ROIAT = 57,42 % • POTAT = 1,48 tahun • BEP = 42,93 % • SDP = 14,32 % • IRR = 36,65 % Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Pabrik Amil Alkohol dari Pentana dengan proses klorinasi maka layak untuk didirikan.
