Abstract
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN OBYEK WISATA WADUK SELOREJO KECAMATAN NGANTANG KABUPATEN MALANG Mikhael Roland Mandowen¹, Maria Christina Endarwati², Mohammad Reza³ Program Studi Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang Email: mikhaelroland23@gmail.com ABSTRAK Fasilitas wisata Waduk Selorejo kecamatan Ngantang, kabupaten Malang mengalami kerusakan karena tidak terawat selama masa penutupan kurang lebih dua tahun sejak Maret 2020 dan membuat penurunan jumlah pengunjung yang cukup dratis. Penurunan jumlah kunjungan wisata juga disebabkan oleh fasilitas wisata yang dinilai kurang memadai, seperti beberapa kamar mandi yang kurang terawat dan beberapa obyek wisata yang tidak terawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan objek wisata Waduk Selorejo, baik yang mendorong maupun yang menghambat, serta merumuskan strategi pengembangannya. untuk objek wisata tersebut.Selorejo kecamatan Ngantang kabupaten Malang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan wawncara dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Faktor pendorong yang mendapat kategori sangat tinggi adalah pemandangan alam yang indah, udara yang sejuk dan masih alami, serta suasana objek wisata yang memberikan kenyamanan bagi pengunjung. Faktor penghambat yang mendapat kategori sangat tinggi adalah keterbatasan anggaran untuk biaya sarana dan prasarana objek wisata, serta berkembangnya objek wisata lain.di kecamatan Ngantang kabupaten Malang yang meningkatkan persaingan. The decrease in the number of tourist visits was also caused by tourist facilities which were considered inadequate, such as several bathrooms that were poorly maintained and several tourist attractions that were not maintained. The aim of this research is to identify the driving and inhibiting factors for the development of the Selorejo reservoir tourist attraction and to design a strategy for developing tourist attractions in the Selorejo reservoir, Ngantang sub-district, Malang district. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, questionnaires and interviews with data analysis using SWOT analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the driving factors that received a very high category were beautiful, cool and pristine natural views as well as the atmosphere of the tourist attraction which provides comfort for visitors to the tourist attraction. The inhibiting factors that received a very high category were limited budget for the costs of tourist facilities and infrastructure, and the development of other tourist attractions in the Ngantang sub-district, Malang district, which increased competition.
