Abstract
PERENCANAAN TEMPAT PENGOLAHAN SAMPAH TPS 3R DI KECAMATAN BANGIL Shella Izzatul Millah1) Hardianto2), Hery Setyobudiarso3) Program Studi Teknik Lingkungan, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan, Institut Teknnologi Nasional ABSTRAK Kecamatan Bangil yang berada di Kabupaten Pasuruan merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang memiliki luas wilayah 44, 64 Km yang berada di daerah arah barat Kabupaten Pasuruan, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Dengan penduduk yang setiap tahunnya terus meningkat. Kecamatan Bangil memiliki 11 kelurahan dan 4 desa dengan Jumlah penduduk mencapai 83,724,00 ribu jiwa dengan 28,182 kepala keluarga (Badan Pusat Statistika Kabupaten Pasuruan, 2022). Sebanyak 424,534,20 ton timbulan sampah yang di hasilkan, (Sistem Informasi Pengeloaan Sampah Nasional 2020). Pengolahan persampahan dengan menggunakan sistem 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Reycle) mampu mengurangi sampah dari sumbernya dengan masyarakat dengan semaksimal mungkin. Pengolahan sampah yang dilakukan seharusnya pada masa itu tidak hanya sekedar membuang sampah pada tempatnya tetapi mengurang timbulan sampah sebelum dibuang ke Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir atau TPATimbulan sampah domestik di Kelurahan Kolursari 0,35 kg/org/hari, Kidul Dalem 0,64 kg/org/hari, dan Pogar sebesar 0,71 kg/org/hari. Presentase komposisi sampah: Kolursari meliputi sampah Oragnik sebesar 41,88%, sampah plastik 25,61%, sampah kertas 14,4%, logam 1,1% dan residu sebesar 16,01 - Kidul dalem meliputi sampah organik sebesar 39, 91 kg/org/hari, sampah plastik 28,46%, sampah kertas 12,09%, logam 0,78% dan residu 18,76% - Pogar meliputi sampah organik sebesar 38,20 kg/org/hari, sampah plastik 26,15%, sampah kertas 6,68%, logam 0,63% dan residu 0,19% 2. Perencanaan Tempat Pengolahan Sampah TPS 3R di Kelurahan Kolursari, Kidul Dalem dan Pogar yang akan direncanakan untuk menampung dan mengolah sampah seluas 976,05 m2 dari lahan yang tersedia sebesar 1000 m2 Komponen ruang terdiri dari pos jaga, kantor, kamar mandi, garasi dan area pengolahan dengan rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp 645.156. With a population that continues to increase every year. Bangil District has 11 sub-districts and 4 villages with a population reaching 83,724.00 thousand people with 28,182 heads of families (Central Statistics Agency of Pasuruan Regency, 2022). A total of 424,534.20 tons of waste generated, (National Waste Management Information System 2020). Waste management using the 3R system (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) is able to reduce waste from its source with the community as much as possible. Waste management that is carried out at that time should not only be throwing waste in its place but reducing waste generation before being disposed of at the Final Processing Site or TPAT Domestic waste generation in Kolursari Village is 0.35 kg/person/day, Kidul Dalem 0.64 kg/person/day, and Pogar is 0.71 kg/person/day. Percentage of waste composition: Kolursari includes 41.88% organic waste, 25.61% plastic waste, 14.4% paper waste, 1.1% metal and 16.01% residue - Kidul dalem includes 39.91 kg/person/day organic waste, 28.46% plastic waste, 12.09% paper waste, 0.78% metal and 18.76% residue - Pogar includes 38.20 kg/person/day organic waste, 26.15% plastic waste, 6.68% paper waste, 0.63% metal and 0.19% residue 2. Planning of the TPS 3R Waste Processing Site in Kolursari, Kidul Dalem and Pogar Villages which will be planned to accommodate and process 976.05 m2 of waste from the available land of 1000 m2.
