Abstract

Pra Rencana Pabrik Ammonium Nitrat dari Asam Nitrat dan Ammonia dengan Proses Prilling berlokasi di Kawasan Industri KIKC (Kawasan Industri Kujang Cikampek) Kecamatan Cikampek, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitas Produksi : 70.000 Ton/Tahun - Waktu Operasi : 330 Hari - Bahan Utama : Asam Nitrat dan Ammonia - Utilitas : Air, Steam, Listrik, Bahan Bakar - Organisasi Perusahaan a. Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas (PT) b. Struktur : Sistem garis dan staff c. Karyawan : 240 Orang - Analisa Ekonomi a. ROI AT : 25% (>8% Bunga Bank) b. POT AT : 2,6 Tahun (2-5 Tahun) c. BEP : 45,27% (30-50%) d. SDP : 15% (8% Bunga Bank) e. IRR : 24,9% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Rencana Pabrik Ammonium Nitrat dari Asam Nitrat dan Ammonia dengan Proses Prilling Layak untuk didirikan.
