Abstract
ABSTRAK Tingginya durasi kerusakan tidak terencana (unscheduled breakdown) pada unit heavy truck Scania P410 di PT XYZ menjadi permasalahan utama dalam menurunkan kinerja operasional dan physical availability (PA) unit. Data historis periode September 2024 hingga Februari 2025 menunjukkan persentase unscheduled breakdown sebesar 72%, melebihi target perusahaan sebesar 40%, sehingga diperlukan strategi pemeliharaan yang efektif dan berbasis risiko. Pendekatan risk based maintenance (RBM) dengan integrasi metode failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi komponen kritis dan menentukan prioritas perbaikan. Analisis dilakukan melalui metode Pareto untuk menentukan komponen dominan penyumbang downtime, dilanjutkan dengan fishbone diagram untuk mengidentifikasi akar penyebab kerusakan, serta penilaian risiko menggunakan parameter severity, occurrence, dan detection untuk memperoleh nilai risk priority number (RPN). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komponen suspension dan brake system merupakan penyumbang utama unscheduled breakdown dengan kontribusi sekitar ±40% terhadap total durasi downtime. Strategi perbaikan yang diusulkan meliputi modifikasi komponen, peningkatan sistem pelumasan, perbaikan sistem kelistrikan, serta optimalisasi parameter operasional. Penerapan pendekatan RBM berbasis FMEA memberikan kontribusi dalam menurunkan durasi unscheduled breakdown dan meningkatkan keandalan unit, sehingga mendukung peningkatan kinerja operasional perusahaan. Historical data from September 2024 to February 2025 indicate that the proportion of unscheduled breakdown reached 72%, exceeding the company target of 40%, thereby requiring an effective and risk-based maintenance strategy. A risk based maintenance (RBM) approach integrated with failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is employed to identify critical components and determine improvement priorities. The analysis is conducted using Pareto method to determine dominant components contributing to downtime, followed by fishbone diagram to identify root causes of failures, and risk assessment using severity, occurrence, and detection parameters to obtain risk priority number (RPN). The results show that suspension and brake system components are the primary contributors to unscheduled breakdown, accounting for approximately ±40% of total downtime duration. Proposed improvement strategies include component modification, lubrication system enhancement, electrical system improvement, and optimization of operational parameters.
