Abstract
ABSTRAK Fiqri, Muhammad Zaldi. 2026. Analisis Penjadwalan Proyek dengan Metode CPM dan PERT pada Pembangunan Instalasi Gizi RSUD Pambalah Batung, Kalimantan Selatan. Tesis, Program Studi Magister Teknik Sipil, Program Pascasarjana, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang. Pembimbing: (I) Dr. Evy Hendriarianti ST., MMT; (II) Dr. Lila Ayu Ratna Winanda, ST., MT Proyek Pembangunan Instalasi Gizi RSUD Pambalah Batung mengalami deviasi jadwal −20,35% pada minggu ke-26. Penelitian ini menganalisis durasi penyelesaian, lintasan kritis, probabilitas penyelesaian, dan upaya percepatan (time-cost trade off) menggunakan CPM dan PERT. Data meliputi RAB, time schedule/Kurva-S, dan Laporan Mingguan untuk 21 aktivitas, dimodelkan sebagai jaringan Finish to Start murni dan PDM (SS dengan lag). Estimasi tiga waktu PERT diperoleh dari 26 narasumber ahli (kontraktor pelaksana, konsultan pengawas, pemilik pekerjaan, dan konsultan perencana), sedangkan parameter percepatan (lembur) berasal dari wawancara kontraktor dan AHSP SE 47/2026. CPM menghasilkan durasi 210 hari (FS murni) dan 175 hari (PDM), dengan 19 dari 21 aktivitas kritis. PERT menghasilkan Te 174,30 hari (σ 7,54 hari) pada lintasan kritis A– C–E–F–M–U, dengan probabilitas penyelesaian 77,5% (180 hari) dan 100% (204 hari) — deviasi lebih disebabkan pelaksanaan lapangan daripada target yang tidak realistis. Percepatan menambah biaya bersih ±Rp11,95 juta (target 204 hari) dan ±Rp164,94 juta (target 180 hari), terutama pada rangkaian hulu A–C–E. Disarankan pengendalian dipusatkan pada lintasan kritis PERT, terutama Pekerjaan Struktur. Kata kunci: cpm, jalur kritis, penjadwalan proyek, pert, probabilitas penyelesaian, time-cost trade off. This study determines the completion duration, critical path, completion probability, and crashing needs using the deterministic CPM and probabilistic PERT methods. Data include the Bill of Quantities, time schedule/S-curve, and Weekly Progress Reports for 21 activities, modelled as a pure Finish-to-Start network and a PDM network (SS with lag); three-time estimates came from 26 expert respondents (contractor, supervising consultant, owner, design consultant), while the crashing (overtime) parameters were derived from contractor interviews and the AHSP SE 47/2026 unit price standard. CPM yields 210 days (pure FS) and 175 days (PDM), with 19 of 21 activities critical. PERT gives Te = 174.30 days (σ = 7.54 days) on critical path A–C–E–F–M–U, with completion probability of 77.5% (180 days) and 100% (204 days) — the deviation stems more from field execution than an unrealistic target. Crashing adds a net cost of about IDR 11.95 million (204-day target) and IDR 164.94 million (180-day target), mainly along the upstream chain A–C–E.
