Abstract

Kecamatan Praya Barat Daya di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah menghadapi permasalahan serius terkait keterbatasan akses air bersih, hal ini disebabkan oleh kondisi geografis rawan kekeringan dan infrastruktur jaringan perpipaan yang belum optimal. Masyarakat saat ini sangat bergantung pada penggunaan sumur bor, namun di salah satu wilayah mengalami pencemaran air, sehingga masyarakat menggunakan alternatif lain dengan membeli air galon untuk mencukupi kevutuhan air bersih, serta bantuan air tangki, terutama pada musim kemarau. Dari permasalahan tersebut di perlukan peningkatan sistem penyediaan air bersih hingga tahun 2040 dan mengevaluasi kondisi hidrolis jaringan distribusi di Desa Darek, Desa Ranggagata, Desa Ungga, dan Desa Pelambik dengan harapan masyarakat memperoleh kebutuhan air bersih bebas dari pencemaran air. Oleh sebab itu, periode perencanaan di lakukan 15 tahun mendatang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi proyeksi pertumbuhan penduduk menggunakan metode aritmatika, tahun analisis kebutuhan air berdasarkan kriteria perencanaan Cipta Karya, dan simulasi jaringan distribusi menggunakan perangkat lunak WaterGEMS V8i. Sumber air baku direncanakan berasal dari Bendungan Batujai yang diproses melalui Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA) Penujak dan dipompa menuju Reservoir Dongak Langit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2040, proyeksi jumlah penduduk mencapai 42.425 jiwa dengan target pelayanan sebesar 90%. Kebutuhan air rata-rata diproyeksikan sebesar 68,94 liter/detik, kebutuhan harian maksimum 79,28 liter/detik, dan kebutuhan pada jam puncak 107,55 liter/detik. Simulasi jaringan dengan WaterGEMS menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang direncanakan mampu menjaga tekanan di titik simpul (junction) dan kecepatan aliran dalam pipa sesuai dengan standar teknis yang ditetapkan, sehingga dapat menjadi solusi berkelanjutan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih di wilayah studi. Hasil dari simulasi jaringan perpipaan di dapatkan dengan total panjang keseluruhan pipa 17.380 meter dengan 12 titik simpul (junction). Kata Kunci: Air Bersih, Proyeksi Penduduk, Jaringan Distribusi, WaterGEMS, Praya Barat Daya Southwest Praya District in Central Lombok Regency faces serious problems related to limited access to clean water, this is due to drought-prone geographical conditions and suboptimal pipeline network infrastructure. The community is currently very dependent on the use of drilled wells, but in one of the areas there is water pollution, so people use other alternatives by buying gallons of water to meet the demand for clean water, as well as tank water assistance, especially in the dry season. From these problems, it is necessary to improve the clean water supply system until 2040 and evaluate the condition of the hydrolytic distribution network in Darek Village, Ranggagata Village, Ungga Village, and Pelambik Village in the hope that the community will get clean water needs free from water pollution. Therefore, the planning period will be carried out in the next 15 years. The methods used include population growth projections using arithmetic methods, years of water demand analysis based on Cipta Karya's planning criteria, and distribution network simulation using WaterGEMS V8i software. The raw water source is planned to come from the Batujai Dam which is processed through the Penujak Water Treatment Plant (IPA) and pumped to the Dongak Langit Reservoir. The results of the study show that in 2040, the projected population will reach 42,425 people with a service target of 90%. The average water demand is projected at 68.94 liters/second, the maximum daily demand is 79.28 liters/second, and the demand at peak hours is 107.55 liters/second. Network simulation with WaterGEMS shows that the planned system is able to maintain the pressure at the junction and flow speed in the pipeline in accordance with the set technical standards, so that it can be a sustainable solution in meeting the needs of clean water in the study area. The results of the pipeline network simulation were obtained with a total length of 17,380 meters of pipes with 12 junction points.
