Abstract

Implementasi Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) Untuk Mengontrol Aliran Daya Di Sistem Tenaga Pada Subsistem Ngimbang 150 Kv Windi Sukro Wijaya Abraham Lomi Windisukro3@gmail.com Abstrak Dalam kinerja sistem transmisi pasti akan mengalami rugi-rugi daya yang menyebabkan kebutuhan beban tidak terpenuhi, sehingga diperlukan suatu alternatif kinerja peralatan yang memiliki kualitas, efektivitas, dan efisiensi tinggi untuk memaksimalkan kinerja sistem yang baik, berkualitas dan ekonomis dengan menggunakan peralatan dari Flexible Alternating Current Transmission system (FACTS)Devices dalam merancang, mengendalikan dan mengoperasikan sistem dengan komponen Solid State untuk pengaturan dan pengendalian sistem transmisi secara Akurat (Precisely) dan Fleksibel (Flexible). Peralatan Elektronik Solid State dari Flexibel Alternating Current Transmission System (FACTS) Devices yaitu Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC). Didalam UPFC terdapat gabungan dari Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) dan Static Synchronous Series Compensator (SSSC) yang dapat mengontrol aliran daya dan mengurangi rugi-rugi daya pada sistem secara optimal dengan pengontrol Propotional-Integral (PI) Controller dengan hasil pengujian yang mana hasil Rugi-Rugi daya pada sistem mengalami penurunan yang signifikan menggunakan Software PSCAD/EMTDC v4.5 Power Simulation. Berdasarkan simulasi yang dilakukan, UPFC mengurangi rugi-rugi bus Ngimbang 79,87 MW menjadi 85,89 MW. Kata Kunci—Rugi-Rugi Daya,FACTS ,UPFC v Implementation Of Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) For Enhancing Power Flows In Power Systems In 150kv Ngimbang Subsitems Windi Sukro Wijaya Abraham Lomi Windisukro3@gmail.com Abstract In the performance of the transmission system will definitely experience power losses that cause unmet needs, so that an alternative performance of equipment that has high quality, effectiveness and efficiency is needed to maximize good, quality and economical system performance using equipment from Flexible Alternating Current Transmission system (FACTS) Devices in designing, controlling and operating systems with Solid State components for the accurate and accurate arrangement and control of the transmission system. Solid State Electronic Equipment from Flexible Alternating Current Transmission System (FACTS) Devices namely Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC). In the UPFC there is a combination of Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) and Static Synchronous Series Compensator (SSSC) which can control the flow of power and reduce power losses in the system optimally with the Propotional-Integral (PI) Controller with the results of testing where the Loss results -The power loss in the system experienced a significant decrease using the PSCAD / EMTDC v4.5 Power Simulation Software. Based on the simulation, UPFC reduced Ngimbang bus losses by 79.87 MW to 85.89 MW. Keywords—Power Losses,FACTS ,UPFC
