Abstract

Estimasi Load Shedding Menggunakan Neural Network Pada PLN Wilayah Surabaya Muhammad Idris Zulkarnain Irrine Budi Sulistiawati Muhammadidriszulkarnain@gmail.com ABSTRAK Skema pelepasan beban menggunakan rele frekuensi pada sistem tenaga listrik Surabaya. Pelepasan beban dilakukan sebagai usaha memperbaiki kestabilan sistem yang terganggu karena beban lebih. Kemampuan sistem untuk mensuplai beban secara terus-menerus sangatlah penting. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan sistem tersebut yaitu stabilitas frekuensi. Stabilitas frekuensi dan perlu dipertimbangkan selama perencanaan dan pengoperasian tenaga listrik untuk menghindari ketidakstabilan pada sistem yang dapat mengakibatkan pemadaman pada sistem. Untuk memulihkan sistem kembali dalam keadaan normal setelah terjadi ketidakstabilan pada sistem atau gangguan pada sistem perlu dilakukan load shedding. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas analisis pengaruh pelepasan beban terhadap frekuensi dengan waktu sistem dan estimasi pelepasan beban. Kata Kunci :Pelepasan Beban, Stabilitas Frekuensi, Load Shedding. iii Load Shedding Estimation Using Neural Network in Surabaya Regional PLN Muhammad Idris Zulkarnain muhammadidriszulkarnain@gmail.com Dr. Irrine Budi Sulistiawati, ST, MT ABSTRACT This thesis discusses the load release scheme using frequency relay on the Surabaya power system. The release of expenses is carried out in an effort to improve the stability of the system which is disrupted due to overload. The ability of the system to supply loads continuously is very important. One factor that influences the ability of the system is frequency stability. Frequency stability and need to be considered during the planning and operation of electric power to avoid instability in the system which can result in system outages. To restore the system back to its normal state after instability in the system or interference with the system, load shedding is required. In this research will be discussed the analysis of the effect of load release on frequency with system time and load release estimation. Keywords : Load Release, Frequency Stability, Load shedding.
