Pra Rencana Formaldehid (CH2O) Dari Metanol (CH3OH) dan Udara (O2) dengan Proses Oksidasi Menggunakan Katalis Fe2O3 dan MoO3 ini mengambil lokasi pendirian di Bontang, Kalimantan Timur, dengan kriteria sebagai beriut: − Kapasitas produksi : 50.000 ton/tahun − Waktu operasi : 300 hari − Bahan utama : methanol (CH3OH) − Bahan pembantu : udara (O2) − Utilitas : Air, steam, dowtherm A, listrik dan bahan bakar − Organisasi perusahaan: ✓ Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas ✓ Sturktur : Garis dan Staff ✓ Karyawan : 192 orang − Analisa konomi ✓ TCI : Rp. 134.883.099.817 ✓ ROIAT : 21% ✓ POT : 3,2 tahun ✓ BEP : 43,23% ✓ IRR : 18,40% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Formaldehid (CH2O) Dari Metanol (CH3OH) dan Udara (O2) dengan Proses Oksidasi Menggunakan Katalis Fe2O3 dan MoO3 layak untuk didirikan.
