Pra Rencana Pabrik Buti Asetat dari Buthanol dan Asam Asetat dengan katalis asam sulfat ini mengambil lokasi Jl. Gajah Raya Sambirejo Gayamsari Semarang jawa tengah: - Kapasitas produksi : 50.000 ton/tahun - Waktu operasi : 330 hari - Bahan utama : Buthanol dan Asam Asetat - Utilitas : Air, steam, listrik dan bahan bakar - Organisasi Perusahaan  Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas  Struktur : Garis dan staff  Karyawan : 179 orang - Analisaekonomi  TCI : $ 41,027.733  ROIAT : 18%  POT : 2,9 tahun  BEP : 40,97%  IRR : 18,30% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Butil Asetat dari Buthanol dan Asam Asetat dengan Katalis Asam sulfat dengan layak untuk didirikan.
