Pra Rencana Pabrik Benzyl Chloride dari Toluene dan Chlorine Dengan Proses Klorinasi Toluen Secara Langsung ini mengambil lokasi pendirian di Cilegon, Banten dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitas produksi : 50.000 ton/tahun - Waktu operasi : 330 hari - Bahan utama : Toluena dan Klorin - Utilitas : Air, steam, listrik dan bahan bakar - Organisasi Perusahaan - Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas - Struktur : Garis dan staff - Karyawan : 166 orang - Analisaekonomi - TCI : Rp. 2.459.580.888.318,- - ROIAT : 25% - POT : 3,7 tahun - BEP : 37,15% - IRR : 29% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik Benzyl Chloride dari Toluene dan Chlorine Dengan Proses Klorinasi Toluen Secara Langsung layak untuk didirikan.
