Pra Rencana Pabrik Vinil Klorida dari Asetilen dan Hidrogen Klorida ini mengambil lokasi pendirian di Serang, Banten dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitas produksi : 50.000 ton/tahun - Waktu operasi : 330 hari - Bahan utama : Asetilen dan Hidrogen Klorida - Utilitas : Air, steam, listrik dan bahan bakar - Organisasi Perusahaan - Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas - Struktur : Garis dan staff - Karyawan : 203 orang - Analisaekonomi - TCI : Rp. 530.929.324.774,-ROIAT : 24% - POT : 2,9 tahun - BEP : 47,76 % - IRR : 24% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik Vinil Klorida dari Asetilen dan Hidrogen Klorida layak untuk didirikan.
