Pra Rencana Pabrik Asam Nitrat dari Ammonia dan Oksigen dengan Proses Ostwald Asam Kuat ini mengambil lokasi pendirian di Gresik, Jawa Timur dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitas produksi : 50.000 ton/tahun - Waktu operasi : 330 hari - Bahan utama : Ammonia dan Oksigen - Utilitas : Air, steam, listrik dan bahan bakar - Organisasi Perusahaan Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas Struktur : Garis dan staff Karyawan : 190 orang - Analisaekonomi TCI : Rp. 1.408.019.106.587,- ROIAT : 23,96% POT : 2,9 tahun BEP : 41,06% IRR : 22,41% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik Asam Nitrat dari Ammonia dan Oksigen dengan Proses Ostwald Asam Kuat layak untuk didirikan.
