Pra RencanaPabrik Etil Asetat dari Etil alcohol dan Asam asetat dengan katalis Asam sulfat menggunakan Proses Esterifikasi ini mengambil lokasi pendirian didesa Ngalian, kecamatan Ngalian, Semarang Jawa Tengah dengan criteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitasproduksi : 50.000 ton/tahun - Waktuoperasi : 330 hari - Bahanutama : EtilAlkoholdanAsamAsetat - Utilitas : Air, steam,listrikdanbahanbakar - Organisasi Perusahaan  Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas  Struktur : Garisdan staff  Karyawan : 219 orang - Analisaekonomi  TCI : Rp. 1.701.142.919.056  ROIAT : 25%  POT : 2,8tahun  BEP : 42,42%  IRR : 25% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik Etil Asetat dari Etil Alkohol dan Asam asetat dengan katalis asam sulfat menggunakan proses esterifikasi layak untuk didirikan.
