Abstract

Cyclohexanol adalah senyawa kimia yang berbau khas tajam seperti kapur barus dan sering digunakan dalam asam adipat dalam produksi pembuatan nilon dan dalam industri binatu dan dalam sabun dan sintetis deterjen. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri Pabrik Cyclohexanol ini direncanakan didirikan di Ngoro industri persada Jawa Timur dengan kapasitas 50.000 ton/tahun dan beroperasi pada tahun 2021. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah fenol dan hydrogen. Utilitas yang digunakan meliputi steam, listrik, air kawasan, dan bahan bakar. Bentuk perusahaan ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi garis dan staf. Dari hasil perhitungan analisa ekonomi didapatkan TCI = Rp. 529.373.344.298; ROIAT = 30%; IRR = 27,02%; POT = 2,9 tahun; BEP = 41,54%. Dari hasil ekonomi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pabrik Cyclohexanol ini layak untuk didirikan.
