Abstract

Pra Rencana Pabrik Phtalic Anhydride (C8H4O3) dari Naphthalene (C10H8) dengan Proses Oksidasi pada fase uap ini mengambil lokasi pendirian di Cilegon, Banten dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitas produksi : 50.000 ton/tahun - Jumlah hari kerja : 300 hari - Bahan utama : Naphthalene (C10H8) dan Oksigen (O2) - Utilitas : Air, steam, Dowtherm A, listrik dan bahan bakar - Organisasi perusahaan  Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas (PT)  Struktur : Sistem garis dan staf  Karyawan : 180 orang - Analisa ekonomi  TCI : Rp.462.193.904.809,-  ROIAT : 28%  POT : 3,4 tahun  BEP : 57,09%  IRR : 31,01% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik Phthalic Anhydride dari Naphthalene dengan proses Oksidasi pada fase uap ini layak untuk didirikan karena nilai IRR lebih besar dibandingkan bunga Bank (11%).
