Abstract

Bai`at Nur Sandiono.2019. Sistem Transmisi Mesin Pembuat Sandal Bermotif. Laporan Tugas Akhir. Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang. Fakultas Teknologi Inddustri. Teknik Mesin Diploma Tiga. Dosen Pembimbing: Ir.Ahmad Taufik, MT. Transmisi adalah Sistem yang berfungsi untuk Konversi Torsi dn Kecepatan (Putaran) dari Mesin menjadi Torsi dan Kecepatan yang berbeda-beda untuk diteruskan ke Penggerak Akhir. Dalam Penyusunan Laporan ini Penulis menggunakan Motor Listrik 1 hp untuk merubah Energi Litrik menjadi Energi Mekanik pada mesin pencetak sandal bermotif, untuk sistem Kopling menggunakan type HOF HC- 28 untuk pemutus dan penghubung kinerja pada mesin pembuat sandal bermotif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan pada torsi motor 3,5 nm sedangkan untuk kecepatan putar motor 1500 rpm dengan kekuatan motor 1 hp yang membutuhkan daya listrik 968 watt untuk menggerakan kinerja mesin pencetak sandal bermotif, sedangkan untuk perhitungan momen putir pada kopling 8,766 kg/m, dan kecepatan relatif ketika mesin bekerja 640 rpm. Kata kunci :Tansmisi,Kopling,Perhitungan Daya,Torsi, Kecepatan Relatif,Momen Puntir.
