Abstract

Aldhio Himawan Putra,2019 .Perencanaan Transmisi Pada Mesin Es Krim Putar. Laporan Tugas Akhir Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang, Fakultas Teknologi Industri, Teknik Mesin Diploma Tiga Dosen Pembimbing : Ir. Lalu Mustiadi, MT. Es Krim Putar adalah makanan tradisional yang pembuatanya masih secara manual, dengan seiring berkembangnya waktu semakin banyak produk-produk baru es krim yang eksis dipasaran, untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan UKM es krim putar, kami berupaya semaksimal mungkin dapat memperhatikan kendala-kendala untuk diatasi maupun perbaikan-perbaikan, oleh karena itu kami berencana membuat Mesin Es Krim Putar secara otomatis dengan motor sebagai pengaduk adonan tersebut. Metode Perencanaan Transmisi Mesin Es Krim Putar yaitu perencanaan dengan menggunakan motor listrik ¼ HP. Kemudian ditransmisikan melalui pulley berdiameter 50 mm dan diteruskan oleh v belt ke pulley berdiameter 350 mm yang terhubung dengan poros berdiameter 20 mm kemudian dtransmisikan ke tabung adonan es krim sehingga tabung tersebut berputar secara otomatis tanpa diputar secara manual. Hasil yang diperoleh transmisi dengan daya motor ¼ Hp yang menghasikan putaran 1400 rpm, dengan melalui perbandingan putaran pulley 50 mm dan diteruskan v belt dengan panjang 1.382 mm ke pulley berdiameter 350 mm. Kemudian ditransmisikan oleh poros berdiameter 20 mm yang menghasilkan putaran sebesar 200 rpm untuk memutar tabung adonan tersebut sehingga mampu membuat 6 liter adonan dalam satu jam. Tujuan di ciptakannya transmisi pada pembuatan es krim putar yaitu sebagai persyaratan untuk kelulusan tugas akhir,dan memperkenalkan teknologi tepat guna pada masyarakat, karena dalam pengoperasianya sangat mudah efektif dan efisien.
