Pra Rencana Pabrik Hidrogen Peroksida dengan Proses Oksidasi ini mengambil lokasi pendirian di Cisadane, Banten dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitas produksi : 50.000 ton/tahun - Waktu operasi : 330 hari - Bahan utama : Isopropil alkohol dan Udara - Utilitas : Air, steam, listrik dan bahan bakar - Organisasi Perusahaan  Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas  Struktur : Garis dan staff  Karyawan : 176 orang - Analisaekonomi  TCI : $ 10,121,621.17  ROIAT : 24%  POT : 3,0 tahun  BEP : 47,16%  IRR : 23% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik Hidrogen Peroksida dengan Proses Oksidasi layak untuk didirikan.
