Abstract
ANALISIS KOORDINASI OVER CURRENT RELAY UNTUK GANGGUAN PHASA DAN TANAH DI PT. KPC (KALTIM PRIMA COAL) Rachmad Hidayat Mastian Noor Email : Rachmad.h.m.n@gmail.com Dosen pembimbing : Dr. Eng. Ir. I Made Wartana, MT dan Ir. Choirul Saleh, MT Abstrak Sistem proteksi sangat penting untuk mengamankan sistem Overland Substation Switchboard di PT. KPC. Oleh sebab itu sistem tenaga listrik di PT. KPC haruslah terkondisi dengan aman. Gangguan yang terjadi adalah gangguan fasa dan tanah yang tidak dapat terhindarkan pada gangguan distribusi external. Rele yang digunakan adalah Overcurrent Relay (OCR) sebagai proteksi pada feeder. Pada sisi 3,4 kV mengalami kegagalan memutus saat gangguan terjadi. Untuk meningkatkan keandalan di PT. KPC, yaitu setting ulang relenya. Kemudian dirubah sesuai perhitungan pada OCR phasa sesudah disetting pada sisi primer 11 kV dengan waktu 0,12 detik dan arus sekunder 2,01 ampere, dan untuk ground dengan waktu 0,07 detik dan arus sekunder 0,3 ampere, kemudian rele OCR phasa sisi sekunder 3,4 kV dengan waktu 0,11 detik dan arus sekunder 5,1 ampere, dan untuk ground dengan waktu 0,17 detik dan arus sekunder 0,8 ampere, agar semakin cepat untuk memotong arus gangguan dan tidak merusak peralatan listrik lainnya. Disorder that occurs are impaired the phase and land that cannot be inevitable in disorders of distribution external. Rele used is Over Current Relay (OCR) as protection in feeder. With 3.4 kv experiencing the failure of break when disorder happened.To increase the reliability of in PT. KPC, that is setting repeated his relay. Then make the change in accordance calculation in OCR phase after in setting with primary 11 kv to the time 0.12 seconds and the number of secondary 2.01 ampere, and to ground to the time 0.07 seconds and the number of secondary 0.3 ampere, then rele ocr phasa with secondary 3.4 kv to the time 0.11 seconds and the number of secondary 5.1 ampere, and to ground to the time 0,17 seconds and the number of secondary 0.8 ampere, to be more quick to cut the current disorder and don’t break other electrical equipment. keywords : Feeder, short circuit, Overcurrent relay, PT.
