Abstract

Implementasi Pemasangan PSS (Power System Stabilizer)1A IEEE Untuk Meningkatkan Stabilitas Transient Pada Sistem 150 kV Bali I Gede Yogi Aditya Dewantara Irrine Budi Sulistiawati yogiaditya471@gmail.com ABSTRAK Seiring dengan berkembangnya pertumbuhan penduduk, industri, dan ekonomi menyebabkan kebutuhan energi listrik menjadi meningkat. Peningkatan energi listrik sangat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi kestabilan. Dalam pengoperasian sistem tenaga listrik tidak lepas dari gangguan. Salah satu gangguannya adalah lepas generator, adanya gangguan lepasnya generator akan berpengaruh pada stabillitas transient generator. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan percobaan untuk meningkatkan stabilitas transient generator pada saat terjadi gangguan, dengan penambahan PSS (Power System Stabilizer) pada sistem jaringan 150 kV Bali. Implementasi penambahan PSS dilakukan pada software ETAP dari hasil simulasi menunjukan bahwa pemasangan PSS1A pada generator GT-2 CLWBG dan GT-3 CLWBG yang berkapasitas 125 MW, pada saat terjadi gangguan lepas generator GT-1 CLWBG pada t = 2 detik. Waktu peralihan daya aktif dari 48,2 detik menjadi 34,1 detik dan sudut rotor dari 52,2 detik menjadi 42 detik. Enchancement energy electricity very take effect to condition stability. In operation electicity power system can’t detached from disturbance. One of the disorder is generator release, disturbance of the generator release that will take effect on stability transient generator. On this research, trail to improve the stability transient generator on when interference happen, with additions PSS (Power System Stabilizer) on Bali 150 kV network system. Implementation addition of PSS is carried out on ETAP software from simulation results showing that installation PSS1A on the 125 MW capacity of the GT-2 CLWBG and GT-3 CLWBG generator, at when happen disturbance release the GT-1 CLWBG generator at t = 2 second. Time transition electrical power from 48,2 second to 34,1 second and rotor angle of 52,2 second to 42 second.
