Abstract

Rancang Bangun Alat Mesin Cuci Steam Berbasis Arduino uno Mahrizal Baihaqi M. Ibrahim Ashari Yudi Limpramtono Mahrizalbaihaqi34@gmail.com ABSTRAK Membahas tentang tata cara mesin cuci steam menggunakan uap untuk membersihkan bakteri pada pakaian yang sering atau tiap hari di pakai, alat ini di buat untuk mengatasi bakteri yang menempel pada pakaian yang sering kita pakai pada dasarnya di mana saja kita berada pasti banyak polusi yang mengandung bakteri yang tidak baik bagi tubuh dan alat ini membantu untuk mengurangi bakteri pada pakaian dengan cara di uap menggunakan air yang mendidih dan suhu yang keluar di atur mrnggunakan sensor suhu dan memakai kontrol arduino untuk keluaran suhu uapnya. Dan ketika baju di letakkan di tempat gantungan baju yang tersedia di dalam alat maka dengan otomatis uap akan keluar dengan suhu yang sesuai dengan berat baju tersebut karena di gantungan baju tersebut sudah di pasang sensor berat yang akan secara otomatis mengirim kode ke arduino dan di proses dan akan di kirim ke sensor uap tersebut untuk mengatur uap yang keluar semakin berat baju yang di gantungkan semakin panas pula uap yang keluar, Kata Kunci : Penguap baju,, Load Cell, DHT 11. Design of Steam Washing Machines Based on Arduino Uno Mahrizal Baihaqi M. Ibrahim Ashari Yudi Limpramtono Mahrizalbaihaqi34@gmail.com ABSTRACT Discussing about the procedures for steam washing machines using steam to clean bacteria on clothes that are often or every day in use, this tool is made to deal with bacteria that attach to clothes that we often use basically wherever we are definitely a lot of pollution containing bacteria which is not good for the body and this tool helps to reduce the bacteria in clothing by means of steam using boiling water and the exit temperature is set using a temperature sensor and using Arduino control to output the steam temperature. And when the clothes are placed on the clothes hanger available in the tool, the steam will automatically come out with the temperature that matches the weight of the shirt because the heavy coat hanger has installed a heavy sensor that will automatically send the code to Arduino and process and will be sent to the steam sensor to regulate the steam that comes out the heavier the clothes are hung the more hot the steam that comes out, Keywords: Steam evaporator, Load Cell, DHT 11.
