Abstract

Rancang Bangun Robot Pembersih Tanaman Gulma Padi Otomatis Muhamad Zaydi Muhazzab Aryuanto Soetedjo M. Ibrahim Ashari zaydi.4jap@gmail.com Abstrak Padi yang diolah dapat menghasilkan nasi yang menjadi sumber kabohidrat di dalam sebagian masyarakat di indonesia atau bisa di katakan sebagai makanan pokok oleh sebab itu padi bisa dikatakan sebagai bahan makanan yang penting. Sebelum diolah terkadang dana operasional petani dan keuntungannya tidak jauh berbeda sehingga tidak jarang pula petani dalam sekali panen bisa untung bisa rugi, dan juga karena dana operasional yg besar sedangkan untung yang kecil karena kalah bersaing dengan beras impor. Salah satu yang termasuk besar terdapat di dalam dana opersional yaitu ketika setelah penanaman bibitbibit padi terdapat kemunculan tanaman penganggu yg dapat menyerap nutrisi yang seharusnya untuk tanaman padi malah di habiskan oleh tanaman penganggu oleh sebab itu petani meminta bantuan orang lain untuk membersihkan tanaman penganggu tersebut (menyiang) di sinilah letak dana operasional yang cukup memakan biaya tinggi karena di sisi lain kita memberi upah untuknya terkadang juga ketika mereka berkerja dari pagi kita juga memberinya sarapan dan juga makan siang maka dari itu sebuah robot pembersih tanaman gulma padi otomatis dibutuhkan. Fungsi robot otomatis ini dapat melakukan pekerjaan tersebut (menyiang) secara otomatis sehingga para petani tidak perlu capek atau mengeluarkan banyak dana operasional secara tidak langsung pula hasil menyiang dari robot ini dapat menjadi pupuk yang dapat menjadikan tanaman padi lebih sehat dan lebih cepat tumbuh. Robot ini menggunakan mikrokontroler yang mengontrol motor DC yaitu sebagai penggerak robot secara otomatis serta sensor limit switch dan rotary encoder dengan keakuratan 80% pada pengujian robot bergerak lurus, 67% membersihkan tamanan gulma padi dan 50% pada pengujian berbelok kekiri/kekanan. . Ibrahim Ashari zaydi.4jap@gmail.com Abstract Processed rice can produce rice which is a source of cabbage in some parts of Indonesia or can be said to be a staple food therefore rice can be considered an important food ingredient. Before it is processed, sometimes the operational costs of farmers and their profits are not much different so that not infrequently farmers in a single harvest can profit and loss, and also because of high operational costs while a small profit because they cannot compete with imported rice. One of the big ones is in operational costs, that is, after planting rice seeds, there are emergence of disturbing plants that can absorb nutrients that are supposed to be used for rice plants instead they are spent by disturbing plants, so farmers ask for help from others to clean the disturbing plants (weeding). This is where the operational costs are quite high because on the other hand we pay for it sometimes also when they work from the morning we also give them breakfast and lunch so a rice weed plant cleaning robot is automatically needed. The function of this automatic robot can do the job (weeding) automatically so that the farmers do not need to be tired or spend a lot of operational costs indirectly also the results of weeding from this robot can be a fertilizer that can make rice plants healthier and faster growing. This robot uses a microcontroller that controls a DC motor that is as a robot drive automatically as well as a limit switch sensor and a rotary encoder with 80% accuracy in testing a straight-moving robot, 67% cleaning of rice weeds and 50% in a left / right turn test.
