Abstract

RANCANG BANGUN ROBOT PENGECAT DINDING OTOMATIS BERBASIS ARDUINO Antonius Prawira NIM : 1612218 Konsentrasi Teknik Elektronika, Jurusan Teknik Elektro S-1 Fakultas Teknologi Industri, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang Jl. Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang E-mail : antoniusprawir@gmail.com ABSTRAK Robot ini digunakan untuk menjaga keamanan dan keselamatan tenaga kerja pada saat mengecat dinding yang tinggi dan mengurangi resiko akibat kecelakaan kerja yang nantinya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Robot ini menggunakan sensor warna TCS3200 untuk membedakan warna dinding sebelum maupun sesudah dicat dan menentukan dinding mana yang akan di cat dengan berdasarkan warna, jika warna dinding terbaca merah atau biru maka relay dalam kondisi “ON” tetapi jika terbaca hijau maka relay dalam kondisi “OFF”. Menggunakan motor stepper sebagai pengecatan dari atas ke bawah maupun sebaliknya. Robot akan bergerak maju ketika Limit Switch Atas dan Limit Switch Bawah bernilai “1” secara bergantian. Dan robot ini dapat bergerak belok kiri ketika jarak dari HCSR-04 Samping kurang dari 35 cm. Jarak dari kedua sensor HCSR-04 akan ditampilkan di LCD 16 x 2. Pengecatan dinding ini menggunakan warna dasar biru dan akan di cat berwarna merah. Pada hasil pengecatan, warna merah telah merata terhadap warna dasar sebelumnya dan dapat dinilai hasil pengecatan tersebut sangat baik. Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang E-mail : antoniusprawir@gmail.com ABSTRACT This robot is used to maintain the security and safety of workers when painting high walls and reduce the risk of work accidents which can later increase work productivity. This robot uses TCS3200 color sensor to distinguish wall colors before and after pa inting and determine which walls will be painted based on color, if the wall color reads red or blue then the relay is in "ON" condition but if it reads green then the relay is in an "OFF" condition ". Using a stepper motor as a painting from top to bottom or vice versa. The robot will move forward when the Upper Limit Switch and the Lower Limit Switch are alternately "1". And this robot can move left when the distance from the HCSR-04 is less than 35 cm. The distance from the two HCSR-04 sensors will be displayed on the 16 x 2 LCD. This wall painting uses a blue base color and will be painted red. In the results of painting, the red color has been evenly distributed against the previous base color and can be assessed very well.
