Abstract

Analisis Keandalan Jaringan Sistem Distribusi Tegangan Menengah 20 kV dengan Metode FMEA pada PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon KraksaanProbolinggo Gusti Aji Pratama Dr. Irrine Budi Sulistiawati. ST, MT gustipratama9597@gmail.com ABSTRAK Keandalan sistem tenaga listrik dapat didefinisikan sebagai suatu kemampuan dari sistem tersebut untuk memberikan pasokan tenaga listrik yang cukup dengan kualitas yang memuaskan. Untuk menjamin hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan evaluasi keandalan sistem. Dimana Keandalan distribusi 20 kV di Kota Kraksaan menitik beratkan pada ruang lingkup pelayanan konsumen. Gangguan yang terjadi biasanya berupa gangguan temporer, permanen dan Black Out sistem yang mengganggu kontinuitas pelayanan. FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) digunakan sebagai metode untuk menganalisis keandalan pada sistem distribusi karena mempunyai keunggulan melakukan perhitungan SAIFI dan SAIDI, dengan penggunaan recloser pada sistem secara menyeluruh. Implementasi metode ini pada PT. PLN Rayon Kraksaan memberikan hasil SAIFI sebesar 2.1 kali/tahun dan SAIDI sebesar 16.1 jam/tahun. ST, MT gustipratama9597@gmail.com ABSTRACT The reliability of an electric power system can be defined as an ability of the system to provide sufficient electrical power supply with satisfactory quality. To guarantee this, an evaluation of system reliability is needed. Where the reliability of the 20 kV distribution in Kraksaan City focuses on the scope of customer service. Disorders that occur are usually in the form of temporary, permanent disorders and Black Out systems that interfere with continuity of service. FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) is used as a method to analyze reliability in the distribution system because it has the advantage of calculating SAIFI and SAIDI, with the use of reclosers on the system as a whole. Implementation of this method at PT. PLN Kraksaan Rayon provides SAIFI results of 2.1 times / year and SAIDI of 16.1 hours / year. Keywords: FMEA, Reliability, SAIDI, SAIFI, Recloser
