Abstract

“PERANCANGAN POWER MANAGEMENT SISTEM PADA WIND TURBIN” (Noor Rochman Yusuf. 2020. 1752013. Teknik Listrik D-III) (Dosen Pembimbing I : Dr. Ir. Widodo Pudji Mulyanto, MT) (Dosen Pembimbing II : Bima Romadhon Prada Dian Palevi, ST.,MT) ABSTRAK Prodi Teknik Listrik D-III, Fakultas Teknologi Industri Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang Email : forlan.yusuf@gmail.com Power Management Sistem merupakan sistem yang memonitoring dan mengontrol baterai dalam pengecasan dan penggunaan baterai pada wind turbin. Dalam hal ini charger control akan memutus aliran listrik jika kondisi baterai akan penuh, load control akan menutus aliran listrik jika kondisi baterai akan habis, dan over current relay akan menutus aliran listrik jika terjadi arus lebih pada beban. Dari hasil pengujian voltage divider didapatkan nilai binner dari tegangan 24 V sebesar 446 data, tegangan 20 V sebesar 370 data, dan tegangan 16V sebesar 297 data. Dalam pengujian voltage divider dan perhitungan terdapat eror sebesar 1 data. Pada pengujian over current relay dengan nilai PS sebesar 1 dan nilai TMS diubah ubah dengan nilai mulai dari 1-5 didapatkan waktu kerja dari masing masing karekteristik relay yang tidak sama dan tidak beraturan. Dari hasil pengujian pengecasan baterai dengan wind turbin selama 1 hari didapatkan hasil daya yang dihasilkan wind turbin selama 1 hari sebesar 4288,83 watt dan daya yang diambil dari PLN selama 1 hari sebesar 95,1 watt. Dari analisa yang diambil pada uji coba pengecasan, penghematan listrik menggunakan wind turbin selama 1 hari sebesar 6.294 rupiah, penghematan listrik selama 1 bulan sebesar 188.824 rupiah, penghematan listrik selama 1 tahun sebesar 2.265.001 rupiah Kata kunci : Charger control, load control, voltage divider, over current relay ERANCANGAN POWER MANAGEMENT SISTEM PADA WIND TURBIN” (Noor Rochman Yusuf. 2020. 1752013. In this case the charger control will cut off electricity if the battery is full, the load control will cut off electricity if the battery is running low, and the over current relay will cut off electricity if there is overcurrent in the load. From the results of the voltage divider test, the binner value of the 24 V voltage is 446 data, the 20 V voltage is 370 data, and the 16 V voltage is 297 data. In the voltage divider test and calculation, there is an error of 1. In the over current relay test, the PS value is 1 and the TMS value is changed to a value ranging from 1-5, the working time of each relay characteristic is not the same and irregular. From the test results of charging the battery with a wind turbine for 1 day, the power produced by the wind turbine for 1 day is 4288.83 watts and the power taken from PLN for 1 day is 95.1 watts. From the analysis taken in the charging trial, electricity savings using a wind turbine for 1 day were 6,294 rupiahs, electricity savings for 1 month were 188,824 rupiahs, electricity savings for 1 year were 2,265,001 rupiahs.
