Abstract

ANALISA PENGARUH INTEGRASI PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK ENERGI BARU TERBARUKAN TERHADAP KESTABILAN FREKUENSI PADA SALURAN TRANSMISI 150kV BALI Abdurrohman Eko Saputra, Abraham Lomi, Awan Uji Krismanto Saputraeko222@icloud.com ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan sumber daya terbarukan membawa banyak manfaat bagi sistem tenaga listrik, tetapi juga beberapa tantangan seperti dampak yang dimiliki pembangkit listrik terbarukan.pemasangan pembangkit listrik tenaga matahari atau photovoltaic di Negara dan Baturiti, memberikan dampak terhadap frekuensi sistem. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perilaku frekuensi pembangkit listrik tenaga surya terhadap frekuensi sistem setelah gangguan (stabilitas frekuensi) dengan menyelidiki bagaimana sistem merespons gangguan, dalam sistem tenaga pada Sistem Kelistrikan Bali sebelum dan sesudah diintegrasikan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya, saat diberikan simulasi penambahan beban dan juga pelepasan generator. Parameter frekuensi yang diselidiki termasuk (Tingkat Perubahan Frekuensi) ROCOF, penyimpangan frekuensi, dan waktu penyelesaian, Integrasi PLTS pada sistem Interkoneksi Bali dapat memperburuk respon frekuensi sistem, hal ini terjadi karena beberapa faktor, yaitu lokasi pemasangan PLTS, jumlah beban, besarnya injeksi PLTS, yang mempengaruhi sistem secara menyeluruh. Dan dalam study case penambahan PV pengaruhnya terhadap frekuensi sangat terlihat. The installation of solar or photovoltaic power plants at the Negara and Baturiti, has an impact on the system frequency. This study aims to analyze the frequency behavior of solar power plants to the frequency of the system after the disturbance (frequency stability) by investigating how the system responds to interference, in the power system in the Bali Electricity System before and after the integrated Solar Power Plant, when given a simulation of adding loads and also release of the generator. The frequency parameters investigated include (ROCOF Frequency Change Rate), frequency deviation, and turn around time. The integration of PLTS in the Bali Interconnection system can worsen the system frequency response, this occurs due to several factors, namely the location of the PLTS installation, the amount of load, the amount of PLTS injection, which affects the system as a whole. And in the study case, the addition of PV has a very visible effect on frequency. Keywords: Integration of Solar Energy Conversion Systems, Frequency Stability, ROCOF.
