Abstract

OPTIMASI PENENTUAN TAP OLTC UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS TEGANGAN PADA SISTEM JARINGAN DISTRIBUSI 20 KV DI GARDU INDUK MAULAFA KUPANG Jeremias Lazaros Da Silva Neves, Abraham Lomi, Widodo Pudji Muljanto jerryneves777@gmail.com ABSTRAK Seiring Berkembangnya Teknologi, Kebutuhan akan energi listrik dari waktu ke waktu semakin bertambah, maka dari itu sistem distribusi pun akan mulai semakin bertambah luas, Kondisi ini menimbulkan masalah yang kompleks salah satumya adalah jatuh tegangan, banyak metode yang dapat di gunakan untuk menaikan tegang yakni pemasangan Kapasitor, penambahan Distribution Generation (DG), Pemasangan SVC dan sebagainya. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan tegangan akibat rugi daya transmisi adalah dengan melakukan pengaturan Posisi tap OLTC. OLTC biasanya dioperasikan dengan asumsi penurunan dan kenaikannya nilai voltase di sepanjang feeder yang disebabkan oleh Beban Yang bersifat Fluktuatif. Tap cahanger yang dapat beroperasi untuk memindahkan tap transformator, dalam keadaan transformator berbeban, disebut On Load Tap Changer (OLTC). Pada penelitian ini Penentuan Tap OLTC di harapkan mampu menyelesaikan masalah jatuh tegangan dan mengurangi besarnya rugi rugi daya. Setelah melakukan simulasi Menggunakan ETAP12.6 penulis menganalisis Hasi Report Sebelum dan sesudah Optimasi penentuan Tap changer dan Di dapat Total Rugi rugi saluran Sebelum Optimasi adalah Kw dan Kvar Sedaangkan Kondisi Tap Sesudah optimasi adalah Kw dan Kvar Sehingga Didapat Selisih atau kurangnya Rugi-rugi saluran sebesar Kw dan Kvar, iv Kata kunci : Jatuh tegangan, rugi-rugi daya, Kualitas Tegangan, Tap changer, OLTC. This condition causes complex problems, one of which is the voltage drop, many methods can be used to raise the tension, namely installation Capacitors, addition of Distribution Generation (DG), SVC Installation and so on. One method that can be used to increase the voltage due to transmission power loss is by setting the OLTC tap position. OLTC is usually operated with the assumption of a decrease and an increase in the value of the voltage along the feeder caused by fluctuating loads. Tap cahanger that can operate to move the tap transformer, in a transformer load condition, is called On Load Tap Changer (OLTC). In this research, the determination of Tap OLTC is expected to be able to solve the problem of voltage drop and reduce the amount of power loss. After doing a simulation using ETAP12.6 the authors analyze the Hasi Report Before and after the Optimization of the determination of Tap changer and the Total Loss Loss of the channel Before Optimization is Kw and Kvar Same the Tap Condition After optimization is Kw and Kvar So that the Difference or lack of channel Losses is Kw and Kvar Keywords: Voltage drop, power losses, Voltage Quality, Tap changer, OLTC
