Abstract

PROTOTIPE SISTEM MONITORING GANGGUAN MESIN PABRIK BERBASIS PENGENALAN SUARA MENGGUNAKAN IoT BLYNK Eka Nur Wahyuni NIM. 1712078 Konsentrasi Teknik Elektronika, Jurusan Teknik Elektro S-1 Fakultas Teknologi Industri, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang Jl. Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang E-mail : wekanurbilqis@gmail.com ABSTRAK Mesin adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam proses produksi yang apabila mengalami gangguan maka akan menghambat kegiatan produksi. Dari terhambatnya kegiatan produksi, maka akan menimbulkan kerugian perusahaan baik dari segi waktu maupun finansial. Di pabrik XY, sistem monitoringnya hanya menggunakan buzzer sebagai tanda adanya gangguan. Jarak mesin yang jauh dari ruang teknisi, membuat suara buzzer alarm kadang kala tidak terdengar. Maka dari itu, untuk meningkatkan pemantauan dan meminimalisir penyebaran kerusakan, dibuatlah Sistem Monitoring Gangguan Mesin Pabrik Berbasis Pengenalan Suara Menggunakan IoT Blynk. Dalam sistem ini menggunakan sesnsor suara Voice Recognition untuk mengenali dan mendeteksi suara buzzer dan juga untuk menghindari bongkar alat. Sistem akan mengirim notifikasi secara otomatis ketika mendeteksi suara buzzer. Notifikasi akan ditampilkan memalui aplikasi Blynk. Kata kunci: Monitoring, Voice Recognition, IoT, Blynk. Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang E-mail : wekanurbilqis@gmail.com ABSTRACT The machine is one of the important components in the production process which, if it is disrupted, will hinder production activities. From the obstruction of production activities, it will cause company losses both in terms of time and financially. In factory XY, the monitoring system only uses a buzzer as a sign of interference. The distance of the machine is far from the technician's room, making the buzzer alarm sound sometimes inaudible. Therefore, to improve monitoring and minimize the spread of damage, Sound Recognition Based Factory Machine Disturbance Monitoring System Using IoT Blynk was created. This system uses a Voice Recognition voice sensor to recognize and detect buzzer sounds and also to avoid overloading the device. The system will send a notification automatically when it detects the buzzer sound. Notifications will be displayed via the Blynk application. Keyword: : Monitoring, Voice Recognition, IoT, Blynk
