Abstract

PERANCANGAN PROTOTIPE PENGERING BIJI KOPI OTOMASTIS DENGAN METODE FUZZY LOGIC BERBASIS ARDUINO Reynaldi Ramlan, I Komang Somawirata, M. Ibrahim Ashari reynldy@gmail.com ABSTRAKSI Kemajuan akan perkembangan teknologi telah membantu peneliti menemukan cara praktis untuk mengeringan biji kopi dengan menggunakan alat yaitu pengeringan bij kopi menggunakan sebuah alat pengering (Dryer box). Dimana biji kopi di keringankan dengan mengatur waktu lamanya pengeringan serta suhu pada alat. Banyak penelitian telah di lakukan untuk memaksimalkan hasil pengeringan biji kopi seperti penelian yang berjudul “ pengering biji kopi berdasarkan berat biji ” (dicky effendi, 2019). Akan tetapi memiliki kekuarang yaitu tidak adanya pendeteksian factor kadar air pada penelitian tersebut. Sehingga hasil pengeringan biji kopi sedikit di ragukan. Berdasarkan adanya pemasalahan tersebut, dengan pembuatan prototipe alat pengering yang menggunakan metode fuzzy logic berbasis arduino dimana pengembangan alat tersebut dapat menetukan waktu dan suhu yang tepat untuk mengeringkan biji kopi sesuai dengan keadaan kopi, yaitu berat biji kopi dan kadar air yang terkandung dalam biji kopi basah yang akan di keringkan hingga 30% - 35%. Ibrahim Ashari reynldy@gmail.com ABSTRACT Development of dryer technology help scientists to found the way to make coffee automatic dryer with tool named Dryer box. Dryer box will drying the coffee seed with set the drying time and temperature. a lot of research has been done to maximize the drying results like the research with the tittle “automatic coffee seed dryer based on seed weight” (dicky efendy,2019). But the tool had a mistake form the design like the tool doesn’t have moisture factor detection in his research. It make the result of research have a mistake. Because the seed dryer must make moisture of seed to have the percentage around 30% - 35%. Based on the problem was founded, with the make of “design of automatic coffee seed dryer using fuzzy logic method based on Arduino”. With development of tool, who can decide the right time and temperature to drying the coffee seed based on coffee seed state like weight and moisture of coffee seed keyword – moisture, coffee seed dryer, development
