Abstract

ABSTRAK RANCANG BANGUN GENERATOR MAGNET PERMANEN FLUKS RADIAL TIGA FASA UNTUK PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA PIKOHIDRO OCTOWARIZKY NUCHUM PRADANA, NIM : 1712001 Dosen Pembimbing I : Awan Uji Krismanto, ST., MT., Ph.D. Dosen Pembimbing II : Dr. Ir. Widodo Pudji Muljanto, MT. GeneratorrPermanen Magnet Fluks Radial Tiga Fasa (GPMFR) merupakanngeneratorr magnett permanenn yangg memilikii arahh flukss radiall terhadap sumbuuputarssehingga aarah ffluks ssearah ddengan arah putaran rrotor. Magnet permanen yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan fluks magnet adalah magnet batang jenis rare-earth, neodymium – iron - boron NdFeB tipe N35. Generator ini di rancang dapat menghasilkan tegangan dibawah putaran 750 rpm karena pada umumnya dipasaran generator ini dapat menghasilkan tegangan pada putaran tinggi diatas 1000 rpm. Pada perancanganddanppembuatan ggenerator ini juga di analisa dengan Software Finite Element Method Magnetic (FEMM 4.2), di gunakan untuk menganalisa keluaran dari Generator magnet permanen tiga fasa, dan generator ini di desain pada putaran yang rendah, agar putaran yang diharapkan rendah maka digunakan magnet permanen pada setiap rotor terdapat 8 magnet yang sejajar, magnet yang digunakan mempunyai lebar 15 mm panjang 50 mm dan tebal 5 mm, nantinya generator menghasilkan tegangan yang direncanakan pada putaran 750 rpm dengan frekuensi 50 Hz pada setiap keluaran fasa stator nantinya akan dihubungkan seri Dalam pengujian Prototype Genenerator yang direncanakan menghasilkan tegangan 33,1 Volt dc pada putaran 750 Rpm. Kata Kunci : GPMFR,Permanen Magnet, Radial Fluks ABSTRACT DESIGN AND BUILD A PERMANENT MAGNETIC GENERATOR THREE PHASE FOR RADIAL FLUCKS PIKOHIDRO POWER PLANT OCTOWARIZKY NUCHUM PRADANA, NIM : 1712001 Supervisor I : Awan Uji Krismanto, ST., MT., Ph.D. Supervisor II : Dr. Ir. Widodo Pudji Muljanto, MT. Three Phase Radial Flux Permanent Magnet Generator (GPMFR) is a permanent magnet generator which has a radial flux direction to the rotating axis so that the flux direction is in the same direction as the rotor rotation direction. The permanent magnets used to generate magnetic flux are the rare-earth, neodymium - iron - boron NdFeB type bar magnets. This generator is designed to produce a voltage below 750 rpm because in general, in the market this generator can produce a voltage at high rotation above 1000 rpm. The design and manufacture of this generator is also analyzed with the Finite Element Magnetic Method Software (FEMM 4.2), used to analyze the output of a three-phase permanent magnet generator, and this generator is designed at low rotation, so that the expected rotation is low, a magnet is used. permanently in each rotor there are 8 magnets that are parallel, the magnets used have a width of 15 mm, 50 mm long and 5 mm thick, later the generator will produce a planned voltage at 750 rpm with a frequency of 50 Hz at each stator phase output which will be connected in series.
