Abstract
RANCANG BANGUN PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK PORTABLE SKALA PIKOHIDRO MENGGUNAKAN GENERATOR FLUKS RADIAL SATU FASA Imam Machfudz Afandy, Widodo Pudji Muljanto Imam90machfudz@gmail.com ABSTRAK Radial Fluks Permanen Magnet Generator (RFPMG) satu fasa merupakan generator magnet permanen yang memiliki arah fluks radial terhadap sumbu putar sehingga arah fluks searah dengan arah putaran rotor. Magnet permanen yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan fluks magnet adalah magnet batang jenis rare-earth, neodymium-iron-boron NdFeB dengan tipe N35. Dalam pengujian Prototype Genenerator yang direncanakan menghasilkan tegangan 35.1 Volt pada putaran 500 Rpm. Pikohidro adalah pembangkit listrik tenaga air yang mempunyai daya kurang dari 5 kilo watt. Secara teknis, pikohidro mempunyai tiga komponen utama yaitu, turbin air dan generator. Turbin crossflow terdiri dari dari tiga bagian utama yaitu sudu, alat pengarah dan rumah turbin. Dalam aplikasinya turbin crossflow baik digunakan untuk pembnagkit kistrik tenaga air skala kecil dengan daya kurang dari 750 kw. Kata kunci – RFPMG, Neodynium, Pikohidro, Turbin Crossflow. Picohydro Scale Portable Power Plant Design Using a Single-Phase Radial Flux Generator Imam Machfudz Afandy, Widodo Pudji Muljanto Imam90machfudz@gmail.com ABSTRACT Abstract- Radial Flux Permanent Magnet Generator (RFPMG) is a permanent magnet generator that has a radial flux direction towards the rotary axis so that the flux direction is in the direction of the rotor rotation. Permanent magnets that are used to produce magnetic flux are rare-eatrh, NdFeB neodymium-iron-boron type bar magnets with N35 type. In testing the planned Prototype Genenerator produces a voltage of 35.1 Volts at 500 rpm. Pycohydro is a hydroelectric power plant that has a power of less than 5 kilo watt. Technically, Pycohdro has three main component, namely water turbines and generators. Crossflow turbines consist of three main parts, namely blades, steering devices and turbine housings.
