Abstract

ANALISIS INTEGRASI PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA SURYA TERHADAP KESTABILAN FREKUENSI PADA SISTEM KELISTRIKAN 150 kV LOMBOK NUSA TENGGARA BARAT Decky Satrio Pamungkas, I Made Wartana, Irrine Budi Sulistiawati Deckysatrio25@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini akan menganalisis integrasi Pembangkit energi baru terbarukan (EBT) terhadap kondisi kestabilan frekuensi pada sistem, akibat gangguan – gangguan yang terjadi pada sistem kelistrikan. Pembahasannya ditekankan pada permasalahan kestabilan frekuensi akibat penambahan beban, lepasnya generator yang menyebabkan sistem mengalami gangguan sesaat dan kembali pada kondisi steady state serta integrasi Pembangkit EBT ke dalam grid. Salah satu tipe perangkat FACTS, static Synchronous compensator (STATCOM) digunakan pada penelitian ini untuk memperbaiki stabilitas frekuensi karena dapat memasok daya reaktif yang dibutuhkan, untuk memperbaiki perubahan tegangan yang bermasalah. Untuk menguji keberhasilan metode yang diusulkan maka simulasi dilakukan pada sistem uji standard IEEE 39-bus dan sistem kelitrikan 150 kV, Lombok NTB, yang terintegrasi dengan salah satu jenis pembangkitan EBT yaitu pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) menggunakan software DigSILENT PowerFactory. Integrasi PLTS pada sistem uji standard IEEE 39-bus New England 345 –kV dan sistem kelistrikan 150 kV, Lombok NTB dapat memperburuk respon frekuensi sistem dan dengan pemasangan STATCOM dapat mengurangi penurunan frekuensi pada sistem. Pada sistem kelistrikan 150 kV, Lombok NTB pemasangan STATCOM dapat memperbaiki kestabilan frekuensi yang semula 49.82 Hz menjadi 49.99 Hz, dan pemasangan STATCOM dilakukan pada bus Sengkol dikarenakan pada bus tersebut yang mendekati nilai kritis. The discussion is emphasized on frequency stability issues due to the addition of loads, the release of generators that cause the system to experience instantaneous interference and return to steady state conditions and the integration of the EBT generator into the grid. One of the different types of FACTS, static Synchronous compensator (STATCOM) is used in this research to improve frequency stability as it can supply the required reactive power, to correct the changes in the problem voltage. To test the success of the proposed method then the simulation is carried out on the standard test system of IEEE 39-bus and the signal system of 150 kV, Lombok NTB, which integrates with one type of EBT generation of solar power (PLTS) using DigSILENT PowerFactory software. Integration of PLTS on standard test Systems IEEE 39-Bus New England 345 – kV and 150 kV electrical system, Lombok NTB can exacerbate the system frequency response and with the installation of STATCOM can reduce the frequency reduction in the system. In the electrical system 150 kV, Lombok NTB installation of STATCOM can improve the stability of the frequency that originally 49.82 Hz to 49.99 Hz, and the installation of STATCOM carried out on the Sengkol bus because the bus is approaching a critical value.
