Abstract

PERANCANGAN SISTEM OTOMATISASI PENGGORENGAN KERUPUK PASIR BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER Muhamad Abdul Mu'is F. Yudi Limpraptono Sotyohadi muisabdul333@gmail.com ABSTRAK Kerupuk merupakan makanan pelengkap bagi masakan apapun, umumnya menggoreng kerupuk menggunakan bahan minyak goreng sebagai media penggorengan tetapi ada juga teknik penggorengan menggunakan media pasir. Menggoreng menggunakan media pasir sudah dari dulu turun menurun hingga sekarang dan sampai saat ini belum ada sejarah pasti tentang teknik menggoreng menggunakan media pasir. Pada alat sebelumnya masih menggunakan cara manual dalam memasukan kerupuk dan pasir didalam penggorengan. Melihat permasalahan diatas saya ingin membuat alat skripsi yang berjudul Perancangan Sistem Otomatisasi Penggorengan Krupuk Pasir Berbasis Mikrokontroller, agar dapat membantu industri rumahan dalam menghemat waktu. Alat yang saya buat ini memiliki kelebihan dapat memasukan (ke penggorengan) pasir secara otomatis setiap hari dan dapat menurunkan kerupuk secara otomatis. Yudi Limpraptono Sotyohadi muisabdul333@gmail.com ABSTRACT Crackers are a complementary food for any dish, generally frying crackers using cooking oil as a frying medium but there are also frying techniques using sand media. Frying using sand media has been down and down until now and until now there is no definite history of the technique of frying using sand media. In the previous tool still using the manual method to enter crackers and sand in the frying pan. Seeing the problem above I want to make a thesis tool titled Designing a Microcontroller-Based Sand Crackers Frying Automation System, so that it can help the home industry save time. The tool that I made has the advantage of being able to put sand into the pan automatically every day and can reduce crackers automatically. Keywords: crackers, frying
