Abstract

ABSTRAK Analisis Kriteria Bangunan Hijau Berdasarkan Greenship Homes V.1.0 Pada Perumahan di Kota Malang Arafah Diniari1 , Maranatha Wijayaningtyas 2, Sutanto Hidayat3 Rumah ramah lingkungan merupakan rumah yang bijak dalam menggunakan lahan, efisien dan efektif dalam penggunaan energi maupun dalam menggunakan air, memperhatikan konservasi material, sumber daya alam. Greenship Homes V.1.0 merupakan perangkat penilaian di Indonesia yang berperan sebagai alat transformasi untuk mewujudkan terciptanya suatu rumah ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tolok ukur kriteria dan peringkat greenship homes pada bangunan perumahan hijau serta menganalisa faktor yang paling penting bagi penghuni perumahan hijau di Kota Malang berdasarkan standar Greenship Homes V.1.0 milik GBCI. Analisa dan perhitungan yang dilakukan adalah menghitung skoring; menentukan rating; dan analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar variabel bebas. Hasil dari penelitian ini, untuk tolok ukur kriteria dan penerapan Greenship Homes V.1.0 dilihat bahwa perumahan Araya mendapat nilai 55, perumahan Ijen Nirwana mendapat nilai 54 dan perumahan permata jingga 50. Dari hasil pemeringkatan Greenship ketiga perumahan masuk dalam kategori GOLD dengan persentase perumahan Araya sebesar 71%, Ijen Nirwana 70% dan Permata Jingga 65%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji parsial diperoleh t hitung faktor efisiensi dan konservasi energi (2,854) > t tabel (0,660) artinya faktor tersebut secara dominan merupakan harapan dari penghuni perumahan sesuai dengan yang diterapkan oleh Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). ABSTRACT Analysis of Green Building Criteria Base on Greenship Homes V.1.0 in Housing of Malang Arafah Diniari1, Maranatha Wijayaningtyas2, Sutanto Hidayat3 An eco-friendly home is one that uses land sensibly, conserves materials and natural resources, and uses energy and water effectively. Greenship Homes V.1.0 is an Indonesian assassement tool that may also be used to transform a house into an environmentally friendly home. This study intends to examine the benchmark criteria for green homes and the ranking of greenship homes in green residential buildings based on the GBCI Greenship Homes V.1.0, and the most critical considerations for occupants of green housing. The analysis and calculations performed are for a variety of purposes, including calculating the score, determining the rating and the value of the independent variable using multiple linear regression analysis. Concuring to the overview, Araya Homes is appraised the most noteworthy (55), Ijen Nirwana Homes is 54 and Permata Jingga Homes is 50. Concurring to the Greenship rankings, the third convenience is within the GOLD category, with the percentage of Araya is 70% , Ijen Nirwana and Permata Jingga is 65%. The tnumber from the partial test shows of the efficiency and energy saving factor (2,854) > ttabel (0,660) indicates that this factor is the overwhelming desire of the occupants of housing accordance what is applied by Green Building Indonesia Council (GBCI).
