Abstract

Performance karyawan tentunya akan berpengaruh terhadap operasional suatu perusahaan. PG. Purwodadi sejauh ini masih kurang memperhatikan performance masing-masing karyawannya. Penelitian ini mencoba memberikan suatu treatment berupa pemberian reward & punishment yang kemudian dianalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari treatment tersebut terhadap performance karyawan. Metode yang digunakan ini ada beberapa dan seluruhnya diolah menggunakan software, diantaranya Matrix Performance yang digunakan untuk mengukur capaian performance setiap sampel subjek. Digunakan dua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, yang kemudian dilakukan pengujian Wilcoxon dengan hasil pernyataan nilai signifikansi ≤ 0,05 yaitu bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada pemberian treatment reward & punishment.
