Abstract
ABSTRAK Sahabuddin, Program Studi Magister Teknik Sipil, Program Pascasarjana, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang, Februari 2023, Analisis Manajemen Risiko Terhadap Aspek K3 Pada Proyek Flowline And Facilities Construction Supoort Srvices Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga, Tesis, Pembimbing : ( I ) Dr. Lies Kurniawati Wulandari, M,T., ( II ) Dr. Lila Ayu Ratna Winanda, ST., MT Pelaksanaan kegiatan proyek konstruksi tidak luput dari risiko kecelakaan kerja. Manajemen risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja adalah suatu upayaupaya pengelolaan risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) secara komprehensif, terencana dan terstruktur untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan yang tidak diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan risiko kecelakaan kerja pada proyek Flowline And Facilities Construction Support Services Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga berdasarkan metode AS/NZS4360 (2004), kemudian merumuskan strategi pengendalian risiko K3 secara sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Responden penelitian meliputi 35 personil kontraktor. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah melalui uji instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas. Selain itu, dilakukan analisis Regresi berganda untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara risiko kecelakaan kerja pada masing-masing jenis pekerjaan konstruksi terhadap kinerja kontraktor dalam penyelesaian proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan yang diteliti memiliki indeks risiko kecelakaan kerja pada kategori “medium” hingga “high risk”. Selain itu, potensi risiko kecelakaan kerja pada seluruh jenis pekerjaan terbukti memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja kontraktor dalam penyelesaian proyek konstruksi. Untuk itu, upaya mitigasi dan pencegahan potensi kecelakaan kerja di lingkungan proyek konstruksi perlu menjadi concern utama bagi manajemen. Strategi pengendalian risiko dapat dilakukan dengen pengendalian substitusi, pengendalian teknik, pengendalian secara administrasi, dan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). Namun, pada penelitian ini tidak memungkinkan dilakukan pengendalian eliminasi. Occupational safety and health risk management is an effort to manage Occupational healt and safety (OHS) risks in a comprehensive, planned and structured manner to prevent unwanted accidents. This study aims to analyze the potential and risks of work accidents in the Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga Flowline And Facilities Construction Support Services project based on the AS/NZS4360 (2004) method, then formulate a systematic OSH risk control strategy. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Research respondents include 35 contractor personnel. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability instruments. In addition, multiple regression analysis was carried out to determine the relationship between the risk of work accidents in each type of construction work on the contractor's performance in project completion. The results of the study show that the work under study has a work accident risk index in the "medium" to "high risk" category. In addition, the potential risk of work accidents in all types of work is proven to have a significant impact on the performance of contractors in completing construction projects. For this reason, efforts to mitigate and prevent potential work accidents in the construction project environment need to be a major concern for management.
