ABSTRACT Eko Kriswahyudi, 2023. The Analysis Of Factors That Influence An Unreached Road Plan Life Of Kepanjen-Pagak Road In Malang District. Supervisor: (1) Dr. Ir. Nusa Sebayang, MT, (2) Dr. Ir. Agustina Nurul Hidayati, MTP. Based on the contractions evaluation from Kepanjen–Pagak road that built by the estimate budget on 2019, there are indications that not accordance with the age of the road plan that has been determined. This can be seen from several locations of roads that have been damaged, both lightly damaged and moderately damaged. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out the factors that influence the failure to achieve the planned life of the Kepanjen - Pagak road in Malang Regency and to find the most dominant factors influencing it and to determine the strategy that must be implemented to overcome these problems. The data analysis methodology used are factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of the answers from the questionnaires distributed to 42 respondents from the contractor, owner and supervisory consultants. Based on the results of the study with the F test, it was found that together the environmental factors (X1), Materials (X2), Equipment (X3), Labor (X4), Work Implementation Methods (X5), Vehicles (X6), Soil conditions (X7) and finance (X8) have a simultaneous effect on the failure to achieve the planned life of the Kepanjen – Pagak road in Malang regency. However, based on the partial t test, the factors that significantly influence the failure to achieve the planned life of Kepanjen – Pagak road in Malang Regency are soil conditions (X7), vehicles (X6) and Environment (X1). The most dominant factor is indicated by the highest standardized β value, namely the Soil Condition factor (X7). The strategy to overcome this is that before work begins, a soil investigation must be carried out with the aim of obtaining information about the condition of the subsoil and soil parameters. Dari hasil evaluasi Pembangunan Ruas Jalan Kepanjen - Pagak yang dibangun pada tahun anggaran 2019 terindikasi tidak sesuai dengan umur rencana jalan yang sudah ditentukan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari beberapa lokasi ruas jalan sudah mengalami kerusakan, baik rusak ringan maupun rusak sedang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya umur rencana jalan Kepanjen-Pagak di Kabupaten Malang dan menemukankan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi dan menentukan strategi yang harus diterapkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor dan analisis regresi linier berganda dari tanggapan kuesioner digunakan sebagai metode analisis data yang dibagikankan kepada 42 responden dari pihak kontraktor, Owner dan konsultan pengawas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji F didapatkan bahwa secara bersama-sama faktor Lingkungan (X1), Material (X2), Peralatan (X3), Tenaga Kerja (X4), Metode Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan (X5), Kendaraan (X6), Kondisi Tanah (X7) dan Keuangan (X8), berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Tidak Tercapainya Umur Rencana Jalan Kepanjen-Pagak di Kabupaten Malang. Namun berdasarkan Uji t secara parsial faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap Tidak Tercapainya Umur Rencana Jalan Kepanjen-Pagak di Kabupaten Malang adalah Kondisi Tanah (X7), Kendaraan (X6) dan Lingkungan (X1). Faktor yang paling dominan ditunjukkan oleh nilai β standart tertinggi, yaitu faktor Kondisi Tanah (X7). Strategi untuk mengatasinya adalah sebelum pekerjaan dimulai terlebih dahulu harus dilakukan penyeledikan tanah. Sebelum pekerjaan dimulai terlebih dahulu harus dilakukan penyeledikan tanah dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai kondisi lapisan tanah dan parameter tanah, dengan adanya data tanah yang memadai diharapkan hasil desain dapat optimal Kata Kunci : Umur, Rencana, Jalan, Pagak, Kondisi Tanah
