Abstract

This study aims to describe intellectual capital, competence, training and workperformance of architects, to analyze the influence of intellectual capital and competence on training, to analyze the effect of intellectual capital and competency on the architects’ workperformance, to analyze the effect of training and competency for the architects’ workperformance, and to analyze the the effect of intellectual capital and competency to architects’ workperformance through training. Total sample of this study was 186 architects and the analysis technique applied for this study was a structural equation modelling/SEM with result analysis showed the intellectual capital and competency affect the architects’ workperformance. Training also affects on the architects’ workperformance because it is able to mediate the influence of intellectual capital and competency to architects’ workperformance
