Keunikan dan kualitas merupakan ciri khas dari produk kerajinan tersebut. Pusat pengerajin cor kuningan tradisional Majapahit berada di Desa Bejijong, Kecamatan Trowulan, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Hasil observasi dilapangan jumlah produksi dan cacat produk selama empat bulan sebesar 3.000 unit dengan jumlah cacat produk 1.239 unit. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan penjualan diperlukan upaya-upaya teknis aplikatif yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Six Sigma dengan fokus pada pengurangan tingkat cacat. Peningkatan kualitas yang ramah lingkungan menjadikan produk yang dihasilkan bukan hanya layak dan aman akan tetapi dalam proses produksi lebih bersih dan ramah lingkungan. Metode Six Sigma (DMAIC) diterapkan pada proses produksi kerajinan cor kuningan Tradisional Majapahit mulai dari pembuatan master cetakan, persiapan peleburan bahan baku, proses pengecoran, pendinginan, pelepasan cetakan, dan finishing. Pengurangan cacat produk ditunjukkan dengan adanya pengurangan jumlah cacat produk dari nilai mean 154,8 berkurang menjadi 59,5. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan nilai sigma cacat dari tingkat sigma 1,7625 atau berada pada kondisi level 2 sigma meningkat menjadi 3,725 atau berada pada kondisi level 4 dengan kemungkinan kerusakan sebesar 235.000 untuk sejuta kali proses produksi. Sedangkan penerapan sistem bauran pemasaran digunakan dalam peningkatan segmentasi pasar kerajinan cor kuningan tradisional Majapahit. Hasil penelitian adalah peningkatan kualitas yang ramah lingkungan, efisiensi dalam proses produksi dengan karakteristik penggunaan, material, energy, serta minimalisasi limbah. Dengan adanya efesiensi maka peningkatan kualitas yang ramah lingkungan dapat tercapai, sehingga diharapkan penjualan dapat ditingkatkan kembali. The uniqueness and quality are characteristic of these craft products. The center of the traditional brass craftsman of Majapahit is located in Bejijong Village, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency. The results of observation in the field of the number of production and product defects for four months amounted to 3,000 units with the number of product defects 1,239 units. To improve quality and sales, applicable technical measures that are environmentally friendly are needed. This study uses the Six Sigma method with a focus on reducing defect rates. Quality improvement that is environmentally friendly makes the products produced are not only feasible and safe, but in a cleaner and more environmentally friendly production process. The Six Sigma (DMAIC) method is applied to the production process of Majapahit's traditional brass castings, starting from making the master mold, preparing raw material smelting, casting, cooling, releasing, and finishing. Reduction of product defects is indicated by the reduction in the number of product defects from the mean value of 154.8 reduced to 59.5. While the results of the calculation of the value of defective sigma from the sigma level of 1.7625 or being in level 2 sigma conditions increased to 3,725 or were at level 4 with a possible damage of 235,000 for a million times the production process. While the application of the marketing mix system is used in increasing the market segment of Majapahit's traditional brass cast craft. The results of the study are an increase in quality that is environmentally friendly, efficiency in the production process with the characteristics of use, materials, energy, and waste minimization. With the efficiency, an increase in quality that is environmentally friendly can be achieved, so it is expected that sales can be increased again.
